After reflecting on all that has happened in our world over the past year and a half, we can’t help but be humbled and so grateful to represent the amazing state of Alaska. Resilient is the word that comes to mind. The stories we’ve all heard, the things we’ve seen, the feelings we’ve felt - all of it has brought us to this point where we get to chart a new path forward with the lessons of the past guiding the way.

“The Last Frontier” - the idea that there is still so much that hasn’t been discovered, so many stones that have yet to be turned, so many stories that have yet to be written - that’s what the 2021 Superfluous Hoodie is about. Taking risks, trying new things, making memories. Of course it’s as soft and cozy and awesome as ever. Of course it’s made completely in Los Angeles. But what excites us the most about this hoodie, far beyond the rad colors and design, is thinking about what adventures these hoodies will go on and feeling a little bit like we’re there with you, turning those stones beside you.

Though we’ll never be able to say it enough, as always, thank you for your love and support and willingness to join us on this part of our journey as we look forward to discovering what lies ahead.

Our black hoodie is in a beautiful fabrication that is experiencing some shrinkage when washed..
