How do returns work?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We'll gladly return unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, mail it back to us within 14 days of your *order date for a store credit of the costs of the items. Please join us in our efforts to reduce waste and send your return in its original packaging if possible.
How long do I have to send back the items I choose not to keep?
You have 14 days from order date to make a return.
How do I make an exchange?
If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend purchasing that item and sending the original back for a refund.
Jewelry, Sunglasses, Lingerie, Apothecary, Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If 14 days have gone by since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for a return.
Your original shipping charge is non refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your return item, choose any carrier you like.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
